A graduate civil engineer from ULB, I spent most of my career in the energy sector, first at Electrabel, then at Sibelga.
I assumed responsibility for most of the operational activities of a distribution system operator<\/strong>, as department manager and then as technical director.
I played a central role in the liberalization of the energy market<\/strong> for the Brussels-Capital Region and in the unbundling of the activities of network manager versus energy supplier. I have largely contributed to Sibelga becoming a full-fledged company, in particular by sponsoring its IT autonomy program.<\/p>\n
